We can arrange for you to view the property. The next step After you have decided you are happy and want to rent the property, we will ask you a few questions and if we both agree on everything we will proceed with making the contract which will be in English. We will make the contract and you can come to our office in Paphos where you can read over and make any changes. When you are happy with the contract, we will proceed with signing the contract. On signing the contract you will pay the first months rent and a deposit which is the same amount as one months rent. (Everything is written clearly on the contract) The rent is paid every month into the owners bank account in Cyprus. The communal expenses and refuse bill is usually paid by the landlord. The water bill, electricity bill and telephone bill etc are put in the tenants name and paid by the tenant. We can help you to do this, if you need help. If you are in a different country then we can do the whole process over the internet. The next step After you have decided you are happy and want to rent the property, we will ask you a few questions and if we both agree on everything we will proceed. To book the property you will have to deposit a non refundable deposit into the owners bank account in the UK. The amount is usually 300 to 500 euros depending on the property. (The deposited amount is non refundable only if you decide not to rent the property.) You will receive a receipt from the bank when you deposit the money, and after I have confirmed that the money is in the bank by the owner, I will send you a email confirming your booking. The rental contract is in English and will be sent to you by email, for you to read over. When you arrive in Cyprus, we can arange for a taxi to collect you from the airport and take you to the property. After you have looked at the property and are happy with it we can proceed on signing the rental contract. On signing the contract you will pay the first months rent and a deposit which is the same amount as one months rent. (After you have signed the rental contract and paid the first months rent and deposit. The deposit you paid into the owners bank account in the UK will be refunded.)
