| Property marketing package No charge !!!
This package is ideal for property owners who live in Cyprus or have other companies to manage there property. This is what the package includes Your own property webpage We will take digital photos of your property, and create a webpage on our website with photos, details and the rental prices of your property. Which will help to market your property for holiday and long term rentals. Cleaning services You will provide your own cleaners. If you do not have a cleaner, don’t worry we will recommend a cleaner for you. Rental payment and our services For long term rentals We arrange the rental contract agreement for you and the tenant. We will go with the tenant and put the utility bills in the name of the tenants. (Marketing fees when we find you a tenant are the amount of one month’s rental of your property.) For holiday rentals We arrange the bookings, deposits and full payment from the tenants. We make sure the tenants arrive safe and sound to your property. (Marketing fees when we find you a tenant are 20% of the rental price.) Maintenance Our maintenance team of fully qualified British tradesmen are available to fix any problems that may occur at reasonable prices. In the event of a problem occurring in your property, we will first inform you of the problem. You have the option of our maintenance team to fix the problem or you can arrange it to be fixed by the company of your choice. If you choose our team we will give you a quote for fixing the problem, if you accept the quote we will then proceed in fixing the problem. Energy saving packages Keeping your electricity bills low is good for the environment and for your pocket. We have energy saving packages that can reduce your electricity bill by up to 50% in holiday rental properties (view our energy saving packages) General services 1. Key holding of your property. No charge. 2. Inspection of your property inside and outside in the event that it has not been rented for 3 months. Service price each visit €20 3. 24/7 emergency call out. Service price per hour €20 4. Welcome packs (optional for holiday rentals) Price start from €20 5. The payment of your property bills, if you require. Service price for each bill paid €20 (We recommend putting all your bills on direct debit through your Local Cyprus bank, which will cost you nothing for the service.) 6. The purchasing of items you ask us to get for your property. Service price for each item €20 7. Detailed inventory of the contents of your property if you require. Service price varies depending on the size of the property. Between €30 to €100 8. Internet emailing correspondence. No charge. 9. Phone calls. No charge under normal correspondence. If in the unlikely event that we have to spend above average phone calls then you will be charged only a small charge to cover the cost of the phone bills. 10. This is what the package includes Your own property webpage We will take digital photos of your property, and create a webpage on our website with photos, details and the rental prices of your property. Full marketing Full marketing (advertising) of your property for renting (holiday or long term) We advertise on our websites, many other websites, magazines and many other advertising mediums. We get most of our clients (landlords and tenants) from ‘word of mouth advertising’ Winter long stays Over the winter months we also market your property for one to three month rentals. Cleaning services We can manage all the property cleaning and laundry cleaning (view prices.) or you can use your own cleaners. We make sure the tenants arrive safe and sound to your property. And the most important thing to remember is, we are based in Paphos and are always here in the unlikely event of any problems.
