A friend of a friend suggested I use Veronica’s services when I was let down 3 days before an art exhibition in 2009 – I called her in great panic, but she calmly asked how she could help. I told her we were expecting up to 200 visitors. She produced canapés to cater for 250 (just in case), all freshly made and absolutely delicious. We and four of our friends have a little ‘contest’ going where we try to outdo each other at dinner parties. I was beginning to feel bottom of the pile as the others are rather exceptional cooks so I sneakily called Veronica and told her of my plight. She suggested an elaborate French menu for the evening I was hosting. We enjoyed 7 courses of stunning food; all beautifully presented and creatively garnished. Veronica offered to serve and wait at table but, of course, I had to refuse as I was supposed to be the master chef here! Gorgeous food – give her a call.
