In this section you will find out all the things we can do for you and your property and our marketing fees.

Please note we only charge a fee if we rent your property for you.
If you rent it yourself there is no charges from us.
Also there is no charge for your property to be on our website.


As a landlord myself I feel we take away all the worrys that you may have about renting out your property.

This is how we work

We try our best to find good, respectable tenants that will look after your property, and pay the rent on time.
The way we do this is, When some one contacts us about renting out your property, we will meet them and show your property to them. If they like it and ask to rent it, before we agree to rent it to them, we ask them many questions.

1. How long have they lived in Cyprus?
2. Where do they work and how long have they been working there?
3. Who will be staying in the property?
4. Where do they come from?
5. Do they have any references?

If things sound ok then we will proceed with making the contract which will be in English.
(We make a photo copy of the tenants passport, to keep on file.)

The contract will be sent to you by email, for you to read over and make any changes.
When you are happy with the contract, we will let the tenant read it and if they agree we will email you the contract to sign and then you will post it back to us for the tenants to sign. If you live in Cyprus then this will be all done in our office.

(If the tenant lives outside of Cyprus to book the property before they arrive they have to deposit
a non refundable deposit of 300 to 500 euros (depending on the property) into your bank account in the UK.


When the tenant signs the contract they will pay the first months rent and a deposit
which is the same amount as one months rent.
(Everything is written clearly on the contract)

The rent is paid every month into your bank account in Cyprus, we advise you to open a new bank account and if you live outside Cyprus it is wise to have net banking (only to view your account
NOT to be able to make transactions, making it very safe) then in doing this you can check each month that the rent has been paid.

The communal expenses and refuse bill is usually paid by the landlord.
The water bill, electricity bill and telephone bill etc are put in the tenants name and paid by the tenant.
We can help them to do this, if they need help.


Our marketing fees
Our marketing fees for the above service are paid on the day the tenant signs the contract,
and are the amount of one months rent.
So if the monthly rent of your property is €500 then are marketing fee is €500

Please note. We only charge a fee if we rent out your property for you,
if you rent out your property by yourself there is no charges from us.
Also there is no charge for your property to be on our website.
