ENERGY SAVING PACKAGE
All prices are plus 15% VAT

SAVE upto 50% on your holiday rental annual electricity bill
when you install the complette package.

Air conditioner energy saving key switches
(Recommended to keep your electricity bills low)
The keys work the same way as in the large hotels.
Eg. The special switch key is locked to the door key. To turn on the air
conditioner unit the key has to be inserted into the A/C unit switch.
With this system, people can not leave the A/C units on while they are
not in the property. This will save you lots of money in the summer months,
and also in the winter months, if you have dual heating and cooling units.

Air conditioner energy saving timer switches
(Saving you money in the long run, because people can not leave the A/C
turned on for long periods of time.) (from) including fitting   €90 per unit

heater turned on for long periods of time.)     including fitting         €90
Energy saving bulbs
(They also last minimum 5 X longer than normal light bulbs) including fitting €7 per bulb
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge areas
(The ceiling fans cost approximately the same price to run as a 100 watt light
bulb, so through the months April, May, June and October, there is no
need to have the A/C units on. And over the cold months the ceiling fans
we use have a reverse switch which helps to keep the room warmer by
making the warm air circulate down to the floor. (Because hot air rises)
Prices are from €70 for the fans and €45 for fitting each fan.
Heating
We recommend halogen heaters or infra red heaters.
They are economical and safe.
Using the A/C units to heat up the property is very expensive and ineffective.
Halogen heaters cost around €25      infra red heaters cost around €60
