Cleaning Rates

The rates include cleaning the inside of the property, balcony's, doing the laundry,
making the beds for the next people and the cleaning materials.
Please note: The prices do not include the cleaning of
quilts, blankets, curtains or windows, these are an additional charge and cleaned when needed.

Studio apartment   (when 1 or 2 persons are staying)            €45

1 bedroom apartment (when 1 or 2 persons are staying)     €50
1 bedroom apartment (when 3 or 4 persons are staying)     €60

2 bedroom apartment (when 1 or 2 persons are staying)    €60
2 bedroom apartment (when 3 or 4 persons are staying)    €70
2 bedroom apartment (when 5 or 6 persons are staying)    €75

3 bedroom apartment (when 1 or 4 persons are staying)    €75
3 bedroom apartment (when 5 or 6 persons are staying)    €85
3 bedroom apartment (when 7 or 8 persons are staying)     €95

Villas and houses They are priced according to the size of the property.

PLEASE NOTE:
If a property has been uninhabited for 30 days or more,
or if the weather has been very bad.
A light clean (Balcony's cleaning, light dusting etc)
is needed just before the next tenants arrive.
The cost is €20 regardless of the property size.

Full clean
Every now and again the property will need a thorough clean.
Which includes the cleaning of all the windows inside and out side, all the cuboards cleaned and bleached, all the pots, pans and cuttlery cleaned and bleached.
Please note We will always inform you before we do a full clean, and let
you know the reason why it needs doing.
