View location on a map The apartment is situated on the second floor and sleeps up to 2 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 4. This area leads onto a private pool-facing balcony that attracts the sun all day and is furnished with a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle. There is one air-conditioned double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Allocated parking is provided. The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens pool. There is second pool with jacuzzi that is heated at the beginning and end of the main season. The pool is surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided. Additional features of the apartment include Sky TV and radio, safe, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants all less than a 5-minute walk from the property.
