| We have been established, in Paphos, Cyprus for over 20yrs, in the service and tourist industry. From the well known Jubilee pub in the 80s and 90s with me 'mike', my mum and dad (Denise and Fytos.) Then in the 80s and 90s the well known 'Kings Arms pub', and now since 1991 'Black Velvet pub', located on the famous The Tombs of The Kings road, in Kato Paphos. Which has grown in popularity every year. Since the late 90s we have see a need for Quality, reasonably priced holiday rental accommodation in and around the Paphos area, in quiet, prime locations. So we set out to find these properties, and have done it! Don't take my word for it view our properties. Also as a property owner (landlord) myself, I found it hard to find companies that could manage properties, find good tenants and make money for the owners. But most importantly that these companies have been established in Paphos for more than 5 years. So you know they have experience in Paphos, and you know you can rely on them. So we decided to expand and add property management to the list of our services. We are always looking to expand and improve our services, and we take pride in what we do.
